Affiliate Disclosure

gothic-fantasy.co.uk is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes operated by various online casinos and betting operators. When you click on affiliate links featured on our site and complete a registration or deposit, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

How Affiliate Commissions Work

We earn referral fees when users access casino platforms through our links. These commissions help fund the operation and maintenance of our website, allowing us to provide free, independent reviews and guides.

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our top 10 betting apps list is based on objective criteria including user experience, security, bonuses, customer support, and regulatory compliance. We maintain strict editorial standards to ensure our content serves your interests, not our commercial interests.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links are clearly marked throughout our site with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or "Ad." Hover text may also indicate the affiliate nature of certain links. If you have questions about whether a link is affiliated, please contact us.

Legal Compliance

This website complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. All affiliate relationships are disclosed transparently in accordance with UK advertising regulations.

Your Responsibility

We encourage you to read all terms and conditions on casino operator websites before registering. You are responsible for understanding the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction and for gambling responsibly. We are not liable for disputes between you and any casino operator.
